# How To Make It:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and line a 9x9-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, allspice, cloves, and nutmeg until evenly blended.
- In a large bowl, whisk melted butter with both brown sugar and granulated sugar until smooth and uniform.
- Whisk eggs and vanilla extract into the wet mixture until thoroughly incorporated.
- Gradually fold the dry ingredient mixture into the wet mixture just until no streaks remain, avoiding overmixing.
- Gently fold rainbow sprinkles into the dough to evenly distribute.
- Spread the dough evenly into the prepared pan, smoothing the surface.
- Place pan in the oven and bake for 22 to 25 minutes, or until edges are lightly golden and a toothpick inserted into the center emerges with a few moist crumbs.
- Allow bars to cool completely in the pan, then lift out using the parchment overhang and cut into 16 bars.
