14 - 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
# How To Make It:
01 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix until just combined.
03 - Form mixture into 12 equal meatballs and arrange on the prepared baking sheet.
04 - Bake for 15 to 18 minutes until meatballs are thoroughly cooked and browned.
05 - Reduce oven heat to 350°F.

08 - Top each meatball with remaining marinara sauce and evenly sprinkle shredded mozzarella on top.
09 - Place the bun tops over the cheese layer to complete assembly.
10 - Combine melted butter, garlic powder, and parsley in a small bowl; brush mixture over the top buns.
11 - Cover loosely with foil and bake for 10 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 5 minutes until cheese melts and buns turn golden.
12 - Remove from oven and serve warm.
