# What You Need:

→ Vegetables

01 - 2 large cucumbers

→ Cheese Mixture

02 - 120 g (4 oz) cream cheese, softened
03 - 30 ml (2 tbsp) sour cream
04 - 15 ml (1 tbsp) fresh dill, finely chopped

04 - Fill a piping bag fitted with a small star tip or a plastic bag with a corner snipped with the cheese mixture.
05 - Arrange cucumber stars on a serving platter and pipe a small dollop of cheese mixture onto each star.
06 - Top each star with a small piece of red bell pepper and a dill sprig for decoration.
07 - Serve immediately or chill for up to 1 hour before serving.
