# How To Make It:
01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and line a 9×5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
02 - Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, ground ginger, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a large bowl and whisk until blended.
03 - In another bowl, whisk melted butter with brown sugar until smooth. Incorporate eggs individually, then mix in milk, yogurt or sour cream, vanilla, and orange zest.
04 - Fold wet ingredients into dry ingredients just until incorporated; take care not to overmix.
05 - Gently fold in cranberries, chopped crystallized ginger, and nuts if using.
06 - Pour batter evenly into the prepared loaf pan.
07 - Bake for 50 to 55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center emerges clean.
