# How To Make It:
01 - Heat the filtered water to approximately 194°F, just below boiling point.
02 - Add the hojicha tea leaves or tea bag to a teapot, French press, or mug.
03 - Pour the hot water over the hojicha and allow to steep.
04 - Steep for 3 to 4 minutes, adjusting steeping time based on desired strength.
05 - Strain and discard the leaves if using loose leaf tea. Serve immediately while hot.
