# How To Make It:
01 - Place the broken pasta evenly into the Instant Pot.
02 - Pour in chicken broth and sprinkle minced garlic over the pasta.
03 - Layer frozen shrimp atop the pasta without stirring.
04 - Sprinkle kosher salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes if using over the shrimp.
05 - Secure lid, set valve to Sealing, and cook on High Pressure for 6 minutes.
