# How To Make It:
01 - Whisk almond milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a medium bowl. Let rest for 10 minutes, stir to prevent clumping, then cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until thickened.
02 - Combine diced apples with lemon juice and cinnamon in a small bowl; set aside.
03 - Stir the chia mixture well. Spoon a layer into serving glasses or bowls, add apple layer, then swirl in 1 tablespoon peanut butter per serving. Repeat layers if desired.
04 - Top with chopped peanuts, apple slices, and a drizzle of maple syrup as preferred.
