# How To Make It:
01 - Slice apples into thin wedges and toss immediately with lemon juice to prevent browning. Arrange slices in a circular pattern on a serving platter, leaving a space in the center.
02 - In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine brown sugar, heavy cream, butter, and salt. Stir constantly until mixture reaches a gentle boil. Continue cooking 2 to 3 minutes, stirring frequently, until slightly thickened.
03 - Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract. Let caramel cool for 5 minutes to thicken slightly.
