# How To Make It:
01 - Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Whisk together all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, granulated sugar, salt, garlic powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, and 1/4 cup crushed Flamin Hot flavored corn chips in a large mixing bowl.
03 - Add cold, cubed unsalted butter to dry mixture. Cut in with a pastry cutter or fingertips until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
04 - Stir shredded sharp cheddar cheese into dough base.
05 - Pour cold buttermilk over dry mixture and gently fold until dough just comes together—avoid excessive mixing.
