A tangy mocktail with probiotic soda, citrus juices, and mint. Refreshing, sparkling, and ideal for warm days.

# What You Need:

→ Probiotic Base

01 - 4 cups filtered water
02 - 1/4 cup organic cane sugar
03 - 2 tablespoons water kefir grains or ginger bug
04 - 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

→ Flavoring

05 - 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
06 - 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
07 - 8 fresh mint leaves
08 - 4 thin orange slices, for garnish
09 - Ice cubes, to serve

# How To Make It:

01 - In a thoroughly cleaned large glass jar, combine filtered water with organic cane sugar. Stir until sugar is fully dissolved, then add water kefir grains or ginger bug and pour in fresh lemon juice. Mix gently using a non-metallic spoon.
02 - Cover the jar with a breathable cloth or coffee filter and secure with a rubber band. Allow the mixture to ferment at room temperature (68–77°F) for 24 to 48 hours until it develops a light fizz and tangy flavor.
03 - Using a fine mesh strainer, remove the kefir grains or ginger bug from the fermented liquid. Preserve for future use or discard.
04 - In a pitcher, blend the probiotic soda base with fresh orange juice, lime juice, and mint leaves. Stir gently to combine.
05 - Fill serving glasses with ice cubes. Pour prepared mocktail over the ice and garnish each glass with a slice of orange and a sprig of mint, as desired.
06 - Serve immediately to retain optimal carbonation and freshness.
