05 - 1/3 cup walnut halves, roughly chopped

06 - 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (full-fat or low-fat)

# How To Make It:
01 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
02 - Place pear halves cut side up in the prepared dish.
03 - Drizzle pears with honey or maple syrup, sprinkle with cinnamon, then add vanilla extract evenly over each half.
04 - Bake for 22 to 25 minutes until pears are tender and display slight caramelization.
05 - Remove from oven and allow pears to cool slightly.
06 - Divide Greek yogurt among four serving plates or bowls.
07 - Place one roasted pear half on each serving, sprinkle with chopped walnuts, drizzle extra honey or maple syrup if desired, and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
