Meanwhile, prepare the glaze: In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine honey, soy sauce, sriracha, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Bring to a simmer and cook for 3 4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened.
Step 6:
Remove meatballs from the oven and immediately toss them in the warm glaze until evenly coated.
Step 7:
Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
