Instructions

Cook the pasta:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water then drain and set aside.
Cook the chicken:
Meanwhile heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper and cook for 5 minutes until golden and cooked through. Remove chicken and set aside.
Sauté the onion and garlic:
